  • In case of a no-show (failure to check-in), the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

  • Any decision on refunds or date adjustments in such situations lies solely with the hotel management and is not guaranteed.



💳 Payment & Chargeback Policy


  • All payments made through HotelsInMakkah.com are final and non-disputable unless proven to be fraudulent.
  • Chargebacks initiated by the user without valid proof of service denial will be contested with relevant booking logs and confirmation details.
