  • If the hotel cancels the booking due to operational issues (e.g., overbooking), HotelsInMakkah.com will:
  • Work with the hotel to provide a suitable alternative accommodation, or
  • Arrange for a full refund only if the hotel fails to honor the booking and no replacement can be provided.
  • The refund, if applicable, will be issued within 7–14 business days and is subject to the hotel’s resolution timeline.



⚠️ 5. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events


In exceptional cases such as:


  • Natural disasters
  • Government-imposed travel restrictions
  • Political unrest or lockdowns


We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any refund or credit will depend on:


  • The hotel’s discretion and policy
  • The nature and timing of the event
  • Documentation provided by the customer


Note: HotelsInMakkah.com is not obligated to issue a refund under force majeure but will assist you in dealing with the hotel.
