Our platform works with live availability and real-time pricing, and we collaborate directly with hotel partners to confirm bookings instantly. Because of this, we follow a strict no-refund policy.
Please review our refund terms carefully before booking.
π 1. General Refund Policy
- All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
- Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, the total amount is final and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- This applies to all room types, rate plans (including promotional or standard), and hotel partners listed on our platform.
β 2. No Refunds Will Be Issued In the Following Cases
- Guest cancellation or change of plans
- No-show at the hotel (failure to check-in)
- Early check-out (leaving before the booked departure date)
- Failure to modify or update the booking after confirmation
- Incorrect personal details entered at the time of booking
- Duplicate bookings due to user error
π 3. Booking Changes & Modifications
- We do not allow any modifications, changes, or rescheduling once a booking is confirmed.
- All bookings are processed in real time based on instant hotel availability, and modification is not possible after confirmation.
π¨ 4. Hotel-Initiated Cancellations
- If the hotel cancels the booking due to operational issues (e.g., overbooking), HotelsInMakkah.com will:
- Work with the hotel to provide a suitable alternative accommodation, or
- Arrange for a full refund only if the hotel fails to honor the booking and no replacement can be provided.
- The refund, if applicable, will be issued within 7β14 business days and is subject to the hotelβs resolution timeline.
β οΈ 5. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events
In exceptional cases such as:
- Natural disasters
- Government-imposed travel restrictions
- Political unrest or lockdowns
We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any refund or credit will depend on:
- The hotelβs discretion and policy
- The nature and timing of the event
- Documentation provided by the customer
Note: HotelsInMakkah.com is not obligated to issue a refund under force majeure but will assist you in dealing with the hotel.

If a refund is approved under rare circumstances:
- Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
- Processing may take up to 7β14 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
