This is an excellent hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah while performing Umrah, we had a very good experience.

This is an excellent hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah while performing Umrah, we had a very good experience. Room is well equipped with coffee and tea station, TV, mini fridge, and also the the Haram Audio which was helpful to hear the Adhan when it was called. Beds were comfortable, bedsheets and the entire room was clean and had no odours or any types of problems with the room itself. Service is excellent, they listen to whatever you need for your room when you dial the front desk. Breakfast also was spectacular with many different options and cuisines and location is really convenient, due to being in front of the Kaaba. The only negative comment I'll leave is that the lifts are very overpopulated due to it's connection with the rest of the clock tower and it takes a while to get up and down, I would have wished there was completely a separate and desired section for lifts for hotel stayers that connects the Hotel itself to Haram only without stopping between floors with the rest of the commercial building. But overall, it was an excellent stay that made our Umrah completely easy and worth it! Shukran. Source - Google

I will recommend Pullman Zamzam Hotel for staying.

I will recommend Pullman Zamzam Hotel for staying. Nice rooms, good staff including house keeping especially Maruan is good and helpful. He was coming in 5 to 10 minutes for cleaning. I am happy that i choose this hotel for My Umrah. Thank you. Source - Google

I particularly liked dining staff Abu Taib the manager of Pullman ZamZam Makkah Hotel who managed to help me with my parents situation.

I particularly liked dining staff Abu Taib the manager of Pullman ZamZam Makkah Hotel who managed to help me with my parents situation. They both are on wheel chain and Abu Taib very considerably helped me sending food for them to our room. This is what is call outstanding service. Kudos to dining staff and everyone involved. We had a fantastic 4-night stay at Pullman ZamZam Makkah Hotel
