I have visited Makkah multiple times, but this was my first stay at Elaf Kinda Hotel, and it was a truly pleasant experience. While many hotels in the Clock Tower complex seem close to the Haram, the long queues and multiple lifts often make the journey to the masjid take 15-20 minutes. Elaf Kinda, however, is exceptionally well-located, offering one of the quickest and most convenient accesses to Masjid Al-Haram. The room was of a reasonable size, very clean, and comfortable. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. Abdul Haleem on the 15th floor and Akhtar at reception were particularly helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend Elaf Kinda Hotel to others and look forward to staying here again on future visits to Makkah. Source - Google

Elaf Kinda Hotel in Makkah is a solid choice for its location and cleanliness. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-kept. Room service was efficient, and the lobby offered Saudi coffee, dates, and detox water, which was a nice touch. The hotel is very close to Masjid Al Haram, making it convenient for prayers, and it’s next to and glued to the Clock Tower complex with plenty of food and shopping options. Reaching the hotel by car was a hassle. I had to carry my luggage from the Clock Tower area to get there, which wasn’t ideal. It’s worth asking for directions if you’re driving, but overall, the hotel is a good place to stay.

I came to Makkah several times, and this is by far the best hotel Elaf Kinda Hotel. The hotel location is excellent: only a couple of minutes away from the main entrance of the Haram. The staff are amazingly welcoming and helpful. They are genuinely welcoming guest and go at great length to make guests comfortable. The restaurant is really good: the food is so delicious and delicately made. The chef has great skill and taste. The serving staff are very courteous and constantly cleaning! Their manager was always there helping guests. The rooms were always cleaned, and the staff (Abdel Halim and Shawkat) were very polite. Even the security and the concierge service was amazing and they helped us with luggage to taxi stop. My parents were super happy staying in this hotel, and I plan to come back there every time I am in Makkah. Thank you so much for everyone in this hotel to make our stay an unforgettable experience. I have just had the pleasure of staying in Elaf Kinda Hotel, my stay was absolutely perfect, from the hospitality to the care it was exceptional. I arrived early after a long flight and asked if I could check in early bearing in mind that check in was from 4pm and I had arrived at 5.30am, I was met with kindness and given a room at 9.30 as I returned from performing Umrah, not only that but the hospitality extended to a complimentary upgrade from a quad to a family suite with a beautiful view. I cannot fault the room service and the care and effort put into this, returning to a clean room daily. I terms of location it is perfect literally 1 min away from Haram, and surrounded by the beautiful hustle and bustle of the Haram. If you are thinking of booking I would say done think again our family had a wonderful stay and we are looking forward to returning Inshah’Allah on the 22nd Decemeber - thank you so much.
