I stayed at Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel here for 10 days, and between him and the other staff member, they make up the best team of employees at the hotel. They cleaned our room everyday and refilled everything we needed. They are great people and very pleasant. The hotel is top-notch and conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Haram. The only drawback is that it's on a hill, which could be difficult for older guests. The service is superb, with Abdul Alim and the cleaning team being particularly respectful and attentive. They are dependable and won't interfere with your belongings or enter your room without consent. However, the restaurant is quite pricey. Overall, the hotel is very nice. I will definitely be coming back here because of their service team and how wonderful they are. The front desk staff could learn from the cleaners, as they weren't as welcoming as Abdul Alim and his team. Thank you for your hard work and making us feel welcomed. Source - Google

I recently stayed at Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel and was impressed by the exceptional service. The reception team was always helpful, offering clear directions whenever needed. The hotel is very clean, and the staff, including the housekeeping team, were outstanding. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mohammed Shafiqul Islam, the room cleaner, for consistently maintaining my room to a high standard with great attention to detail and a friendly attitude. Me and my wife stayed at Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel here at this hotel for 40 days checking out December 24 2024 inshallah We really enjoyed our stay and felt home away from home . All of the Hotel staff members are very polite and professional . All the permisses are clean and everything works either in the hotel or in the rooms . Housekeeping department doing a great work to keep the Hotel clean and rooms clean as well . Breakfast is amazing a variety of choices and there is a back up breakfast area as well that can be used if the main breakfast area is full . Source - Google

Very pleasant and welcoming staff in Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel, house keeping staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet excellent a varied variety to choose from again staff very helpful. Only onside is when coming back from the haram an walking up the steep road is very tiring ,especially afert doing tawaf, however once the bridge is connected to the haram will make it more easier on the legs. Due to construction off the haram during the day it's noisy. Overall excellent.

Good evening! I had the pleasure of dining at the Sheraton restaurant in Makkah, and I must say everything was exceptional. The service was top-notch, and the housekeeping was impeccable, especially thanks to Shafikul Islam, who ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Amazing stay at Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel, we started there for 4 nights, and it was incredible. they upgraded us to suite with room were super clean, the smell of h a haram view. the staff were super friendly and helpful, tbukhoor was amazing. It is a 5 star hotel Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel. But Fadi Wahid is a 7 star gentleman, he went above and beyond with his kindness and politeness. People like Fadi are the reason I would come back to this hotel despite it being a little far (~15 min walk) from Haram. The location is OK. However, once the construction of the expansion is completed, you can walk across the bridge and arrive to Haram in less than 5 minutes. Source - Google

Had a lovely experience at this hotel Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel. Staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Room service was always quick to help us. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. Only thing is the hill is a bit steep when walking to the masjid so if you have knee issues it's prob not the best location. But it's really not that bad of a walk. Wifi can be improved. But I loved this hotel. Would be my go to in Makkah. Source - Google

One of the best hotels Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel I have been to with great customer service. We got a one bedroom apartment and it was so spacious, clean and furniture was in good condition. Anytime we called room service for something, they made sure to attend immediately. Breakfast food was really good with heaps of variety and great service. The hotel is not too far away from Haram, except you need to climb a hill that can be tiring to walk up, especially due to the current construction. Would definitely go there again! Source - Google
